How does Custom Made Uniform Service work?
Our goal is to make sure you love the final uniforms that represents brand’s unique message and aesthetic. We closely collaborate with you to bring your uniform concept to life. Through meticulous research and careful information gathering, we listen to your uniform requirements, focus on the priorities and ensure every detail is covered.

PHASE ONE

CLIENT BRIEFING

For first meeting we have brainstorming, in which we discuss with our client about hotel brand identity, interior design, and required functionality into a custom uniform presentation organized by position and a budget. We visit client locations to become better acquainted with the brand environment. We get to know your people, your brand and your customers (we want to impress them for you). The resulting brief is agreed with the client, setting out clear objectives on timelines, aspirations, and design requirements.

PHASE TWO

CREATIVE CONCEPT PROCESS

Once we have our heads into your uniform brief, we start a research of the market niche, culture, study heritage of your location, as well as current fashion trends and venue interiors. Once all ideas are collected we unveil them through moodboard with statement looks, colour palette and core design elements. Only when the clients are happy with our direction, do we proceed to the design phase called “The Design Blueprint Solution”.

PHASE THREE

DESIGN SOLUTION

“The Design Blueprint Solution” is a detailed plan, a powerful tool which ensure a successful production of custom uniforms with impactful and memorable elements that convey the story of your hotel, monument, object, or workspace. It includes all essential data such as sketches, selected fabrics that meet our client’s specified performance criteria, detailed technical drawing specifications for each piece of clothing, and a colour palette.
Our Blackpearl by Sara Lončarić Design Blueprint Book ensures that everyone in the production team are on the same page, working towards the same end goal.

PHASE FOUR

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – PATTERN MAKING

Pattern-making phase involves creating templates that serve as the foundation for making clothing. It translates design sketches into fabric patterns, which are used for cutting and sewing garment pieces, ensuring proper shape, fit and proportions. A crucial step that enables precise reproduction of designs.                                                                                                                                                                  Our expert team’s office for pattern making, prototyping and production is located in Europe, where specialised team communicate with our Blackpearl team, daily.

PHASE FIVE

PROTOTYPING & GRADING SIZES

Sewing a first prototypes in a similar fabric to the original, led by our designer Sara Lončarić. Analysing the fitting of prototype (commenting together with our client, we receive a vital feedback on design). After the prototype is approved by a client, our team is preparing all sizes according to the client’s size list, ensuring they have the perfect range of sizes and options for your team.

MANUFACTURING
